Web Channels
If your website is non-existent or not performing as well as you’d like, we can design a custom one. We’ll build it on the most appropriate ecommerce platform for your business.
To further increase your online marketplace visibility, we can also set up a new branded eBay store, or refresh your existing one.
Plus, if you don’t yet have an Amazon account, Virtual Logistics can create that too. We can also work to get your webshop Amazon Prime listed.
inventory kitting
Kitting is a great way to increase average order value, whilst still enabling personalisation. We offer 2 ways of kitting:
- You market a group of items in a ‘pre-packaged’ kit. However, it won’t actually be pre-packaged, as we will do that for you at the time of order. This means that each product remains in your inventory for individual sale.
- You give customers full flexibility to choose items from your product range to create a bespoke kit. Again, we will package them when the order arrives.
Both options provide a simple way into the gifting market.


Packaging
A relatively easy way to differentiate your brand is via the packaging. We can either use your existing packaging or create a new custom design for you. Some examples of customisable packaging are:
- Branded labels
- Branded packaging
- Branded flyers
- Personalised inserts
- Gift wrapping
- Your logo on the delivery documents
However, if you have any other brand-specific requirements, we are always willing to work with you to achieve your goals.
Shipping
If you use Royal Mail for shipping you can benefit from our bulk postage discounts. However, we will happily use any other courier that you specify.
We already work with UPS, DPD and ParcelForce, but it’s a straightforward process to integrate with any other courier.
In addition, we also offer 2-person white glove delivery options for bulky items or orders requiring a more personalised approach.


Customer Care
If you use Virtual Logistics for your customer care, we’ll give you a phone number that only your customers will use.
All calls will be answered with your brand, and emails will be branded too. So they’ll never know that they’re not talking to directly to you.
What’s more, your customers will be as important to us as they are to you.
We will also work with you to establish SLAs appropriate to your business requirements.
